Marilyn and David's Wedding Anniversaries.

Twelfth in September 2014, on the Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club trip to Spain and Mallorca in the 1976 Daimler Double Six Avon-Stevens Convertible.

Day Eleven, Sunday 14th September.

Packing up, checking out the car and loading everything back into the boot. Then a very relaxing day enjoying the Hotel again. We had decided not to go off anywhere and remained until it was time to set off for the ferry at Palma. This was an interesting experience! We found the ferry terminal building without too much trouble and I was able to book in. However, the embarkation point was somewhere else on the other side of the Port. We had to drive out onto the main coast road again, for what seemed like a mile or so, and turn back into the Port opposite the Cathedral. For the first time, we had been booked into a disabled cabin and the extra room, grab rails, etc., were a great boon for Marilyn. We had a surprisingly good night considering that there was a violent electric storm during the crossing.

A rather poor quality photo of the Cathedral from the Docks, while we waited to board.
