Tuesday 6th.

 

    Because results from UK blood tests were so delayed, we visited the INR in Boca Raton at 9am for tests to be done there. This was a much earlier start than anticipated on our first day! However we did a little exploring and later had an excellent lunch at Sal's Italian Restaurant in Delray Shopping Centre. The rest of the day was devoted to relaxing and recovering from our long journey. Fortunately, the room was equipped with a fridge (and microwave!), so fresh milk and other supplies were purchased from an Aldi store. Fortuitously we had our travelling kettle and teapot, plus lots of tea, so early morning and afternoon tea were enjoyed: just like home.

The car had extremely poor visibility, but had a reversing camera displaying on the dashboard. It was also very difficult to get in and out of. The Aircon (not climate control), however, was excellent.

 

We were very well placed for the main Interstate 95 Highway.
