We set off from Plymouth on Wednesday 31st May on the 23:00 hrs overnight Ferry to Roscoff. We had breakfast at a local Hotel on the outskirts of Roscoff. It was then about 90 miles to drive to the Hotel du Chateau at Josselin. This was to be our touring base until our  return on 5th June on the 16:30 hrs Ferry home. Five Rolls Royces, one Bentley and a Mercedes sports (in place of a Corniche) took part in the holiday, with fifteen people. The trip turned out to be a very relaxing short holiday. Our longest excursion was the 250 mile round trip on one of the days to have lunch with friends in Normandy. The rest of the group went to a local bar-b-q on this day.
