Monday 12th October. A visit to the Boca Raton Town Centre Shopping Mall.

 

    The main shopping centre for Boca is just off the Glades Road beyond the INR. Apparently it is quite small by US standards, but vast for us! There was even the Dealership for Tesla cars within the complex, which gave David the chance to examine one in the flesh: a very impressive car indeed. We had a good lunch at the Zinburger Wine and Burger Restaurant on the edge of the mall and then explored. The Apple store was huge and packed with people.

    Tuesday 13th October. Relaxation at the pool and lunch at Sal's Italian Restaurant.

 

    The pool was a major attraction for a lovely relaxing morning. Most of the time we had the place to ourselves. We had eaten at Sal's Italian Restaurant before and had an excellent meal. This time it was equally as good and it seems that these sorts of Restaurants are probably the best for our sort of taste (European), rather than the US burger style. At least it is easier to get some wine these days. David livened things up by tipping an almost full glass of iced water onto his lap.
