September 2015. Trip
to the Isle of Man,
based at the
Ramsey Park Hotel, Ramsey.
Day Three, Sunday 13th. A trip
to Milntown House and gardens, just outside Ramsey, for a light lunch of soup
and sandwiches. This was followed by a conducted tour of the house. The
afternoon was free, but the local Manx car clubs brought some of their classic
cars to the Hotel during the afternoon. There was a small reception before
dinner to welcome all the participants on our trip and local members were on
hand as well. This was followed by a four course dinner and the cheese course
was much appreciated, allowing us to finish off our red wine in the French
fashion.
